2025 Prices

The West Cabin:

• May 28-June 30 $400 per night plus 11% tax

• July 1-August 31 $600 per night plus 11% tax

• September 1-September 30 $400 per night plus 11% tax

The Log Cabin:

• June 15-June 30 $400 per night plus 11% tax.

• July 1-August 31 $600 per night plus 11% tax

• September 1-11 $400 per night plus 11% tax

Occupancy in both cabins is for up to 4 guests. An additional 2 guests increase the rent by $50 per night.

We have a seven day minimum.

Payment

We require a reservation deposit equal to one nights stay per week, at the time of booking, to hold the reservation. This is non refundable.

Your balance, including tax, is due one month prior to your arrival date. This is also non refundable once received.

Checks are preferred for both payments and deposits. There is a 4% credit card processing fee. If you would like to use a credit cards it must be through PayPal. Venmo is still currently a free “between friends” and accepted payment option. @Amy-McReynolds-7

Cancellations

You may cancel your reservation up to 31 days before your arrival with only the loss of your reservation deposit.

Cancellations within 30 days are non refundable.

Reservations

We take reservations year round, however, not more than a year in advance. This is to give the current guests the opportunity to rebook, and to prevent cancellations.

 If you would like to be on a waiting list, please email your preferred dates, how many in your party and your email address and telephone number. We do occasionally get some cancellations.
