When it comes to celebrating with your friends and family in Jackson Hole, location is important. Our cabins and property offer the perfect place to tie the knot, or celebrate a special event, with stunning views of the Teton range, a dance floor, space for an event tent and cabins to house your guests.

We have learned a lot from hosting a handful of weddings and birthday parties of our own here over the years. We are thrilled to be making our property available to a few people a year.

  • The Log Cabin is great for overnight guests or a space for the bridal party to get ready.

Rates

We offer two different wedding and special events packages.

The Sleeping Indian Package is $6300 and the Wildflower Package is $8400

Wildflower Package

Sleeping Indian Package

This package costs a total of $8,400. This includes:

  • A refundable $400 damage deposit.

  • A site mowed in between the Log Cabin and the West Cabin for a tent.

  • Power for the band, tent lights and catering tent.

  • Lodging in the Log Cabin for 3 nights, and lodging in the West Cabin for 2 nights.

A $2,625 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 31 days prior to the event.

This package costs a total of $6,300. This includes:

  • A refundable $300 damage deposit.

  • A site mowed just East of the Log Cabin.

  • Power for the band, tent lights and catering tent.

  • Lodging in the Log Cabin for 3 nights.

A $1,125 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 31 days prior to the event.

 

Details

(Applies to both packages)

Our Requirements:

  • Maximum guests: 150

  • No onsite parking for weddings over 100. Shuttles are always preferred.

  • No pets

  • No fireworks, or any other items that could harm our natural environment

You will need:

  • An event coordinator

  • A tent with lights, sides and heaters

  • Chairs, tables, utensils, etc.

  • Port-o-potties (The cabin restrooms are not available during the wedding.)

Please Note!

We host only two weddings a year.

In 2024 there is an opening for a June 1st event, a modified “Sleeping Indian Package”, no lodging available.

September 7th or 8th event, either package available.

There is sometimes the option of smaller dinner parties or elopements between cabin guests, don’t hesitate to check with us.
